Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle their inquiries, complaints, and other issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any problems they may have.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for improving our service and processes.
• Manage the client database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on client satisfaction and service-related matters.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to client service.
